SÝNDESIS is a highly experiential 4-day Women's Retreat Immersion that guides women to reclaim their fire and transform their lives.
Women from all over journey to the Hunter Valley of NSW Australia, to tap into this all-inclusive and immersive experience that occurs only once each year.
Across 4 powerful days, Ellen and her team lead participants through highly attuned and transformative experiences that build and strengthen their connection to Self, Sisters, and Spirit.
This experience is designed to evoke and unite a woman with the most powerful parts of herself and as such, requires a combined level of internal readiness and desire to participate in work of this depth and calibre.

I created SÝNDESIS so women could experientially tap into the genuine work that has powerfully shaped me into the woman I am.
If you know me, you'll know I move through the world experiencing a steady, alive, and deep connection to myself, others, and Spirit.
SÝNDESIS is my greatest labour of love and devotion to this connection, one that is inherent and available here.
I bring 12+ years facilitating and leading women through the deepest work they'll ever do, for the sake of rooting firm in their fire, freedom, and fullness.
This Retreat is symbolic of every subtle and major initiation and transition I've personally walked fully. Each one has brought me, and the hundreds of women I've walked with, to a deeper, more alive and powerful place .
SÝNDESIS ultimately offers a complete and exceptional experience that guides, holds, and facilitates the work required to fully empower a woman.

SÝNDESIS is a highly experiential all-inclusive Retreat Immersion for women who want to reclaim their fire and transform their lives.
Your journey is all-inclusive and entails a 4-day in-person Retreat Immersion in the Hunter Valley of NSW, and a 2-month online container that will support you into and out of Retreat.

Natasha & Katrina are both masterful facilitators and former students of Ellen's, and will be joining us on the wings in the 2026 Women's Retreat Immersion.
Tash' & Trina' are powerhouse women in their own right and bring a combined 10+ years of experience working in the field of deep work, ceremony, embodiment, and transformation.
Together, they'll enrich your Retreat field with transformative flavours, wisdoms, and experiences that will amplify and complete your experience.

When & where Is the 2026 retreat?
The 2026 Women's Retreat Immersion will take place from Thursday 29th October through to Sunday 1st November. The experience spans 3 nights and 4 days and will take place in the Hunter Valley of NSW (approx. 3hrs from Sydney). Exact location will be provided upon application acceptance.
is this experience suitable if i'm pregnant?
No. This experience is not suitable for women who are currently pregnant or less than 3-months postpartum. We recommend joining our 2027 waitlist here if this is you.
HOW MUCH IS THE 2026 RETREAT IMMERSION?
The 2026 Women's Retreat Immersion is $3,999 AUD in full or 4 x $1,100 AUD on a payment plan.

This experience is for women who are ready to participate in deep and powerful work. That doesn't always feel exciting, and it doesn't always mean you won't feel resistance. You will however feel ready.

what is your cancelation/REFUND/TRANSFER policy?
All payments are final. There are no cancelations or refunds available for the SYNDESIS Women's Retreat Immersion. You may transfer to a future Retreat date under extenuating and unforeseen circumstances such as a death in the family, pregnancy, or a natural disaster (we understand life happens). All transfer requests must be submitted in writing with at least 8-weeks notice. It's best to connect with us and let us know your situation so we can support you to the best of our ability.
