You'll actively track, stay, and be with what's alive (sensations, activation, energies, instincts, breath etc), and form a masterful connection with the entirety of your internal world.

You will become an integrated woman who knows who she is. Deep Roots Collective doesn't just support you to develop the skills to track your body and nervous system. It teaches you how to process and integrate what you're tracking, so energy can keep moving through you. This gives you the power to turn inward and to know what you need and when, including when to ask for support and to know your limits. You will stop leaning on softness for safety, and start being integrated, expressed, and powerful in how you interact, engage with, and complete your emotional and energetic experiences. To tell you who I am always feels somewhat impossible.

I walk through the world in a way that can ask a lot from those who choose to walk alongside me.

I'm a deep woman in a pretty dozy world, and I feel that in my flesh and bones.

Women find their way into my world and often feel deep relief or a great sense of responsibility, or both. And I'm here for it all.

I've been facilitating deep work, integrative experiences and retreats, and mentoring women for 12+ years.

My deepest insight for you is that this moment is your greatest teacher. It holds everything you need if you're willing to listen deeply.

I have an extreme capacity for attunement and the human experience in all it's range and shapes, and I know I'm here to walk women into the subtleties of their experience.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A TYPICAL WEEKLY CALL?

No two calls are the same in Deep Roots Collective. What we work with in each call is different because what's most alive and present in each woman is different.

A Mastermind-Style/Mentorship Call will typically include a somatic, embodiment, or breath practice that builds on the skillsets we're already working with. Each woman might take the floor and share what's alive and I'll offer distinct personalised guidance and support.

A LIVE Workshop will include somatic, embodiment, breath, and/or movement practices, all building and deepening the skillsets and range-expanding work we're already completing. Workshops take us deeper into the fields we're playing in from multiple different angles and experiences via multiple voices (not just mine).

SPIRITUS Breathwork Ceremonies are 2-hour journeys on the breath. Each journey has a distinct flavour or theme that builds on the energies, access, and experiences we're already working with individually and as a collective. They are powerful and supportive for healing trauma, completing arousal, expanding emotional, energetic, and spiritual range, and integrating a deeper felt-sense experience.
